How long does it take to get answers to my questions?

Quick answers can be achieved in a few days. For some customers we work in an ongoing partnership. The average turnaround time for complex questions is two to three months. 

What is the price to get answers to my questions?

We work with many budgets and timeframes. On average, a significant project starts from $30,000 AUD excl GST. 

From what sources do you get your data?

You choose! We can combine information from public sources (social media, news, official websites, etc) and your own sources (spreadsheets, previous reports, etc).

All information is traced to the source and sources can be added and removed at any time. Sources can be structured (in a spreadsheet, database, API, etc) or unstructured (article, pdf, website, etc). 

Is there an ongoing subscription?

Every knoweldge asset can, if desired, start as a one-off scan on a fixed price agreement.

If you are happy with the knowledge we produce, you can choose to keep the data up-to-date through an ongoing subscription. The ongoing subscription can be between 30%-70% of the initial project price, depending on complexity. 

Up-to-date knowledge assets have more possibilities, like real-time notifications, direct integration into your own systems, and custom digests.

Horiz-in isn't an AI. It is software that process all sources and systematically builds a dataset from facts in those sources, quantifying metrics, resolving conflicts and providing justifications, and referencing facts all the while. Horiz-in uses deterministic (non-agentic) AI within this workflow.
